I have been notified that I tend to speak about issues too openly, and have since attempted to control possible disregard to information's possible misuse and misrepresentation. Prior to others outside myself being able to obtain the accumulated content and perception herein, I have reviewed the content to assure conciseness and accuracy. It should also be known, that I am conveying this with a highly internalized judgement. This means it has been personally assessed by myself. As I am not infallible, it is a rendered judgment void of perfection. Having relayed this, I wish to state the following. I am attending this facility, while undergoing 3 varying types of Therapy. Speech, Physical, and Occupational. This has started to occur following an incident which has affected me both mentally, and physically. As I am one who sees the potential to improve in all matters, I tend to never give a rating at the highest possible rating. Even if a matter or issue remains unseen or known by myself, it may still exist. Having stated this from a rating skill inclusive of 0 through 10, I rate the facility at xxxx as a 9. To explain in part why I have done so, I will address the following. Patience has been amply afforded me, during my seemingly perpetual bombardment of questions. In short; I like to know where I stand, potential progress, why particular actions occur, and more. As they have given me time in this regard, I have felt compelled to Thank them publicly, as well as assure that my high regard is perceived as well as received by others seeking prior assessments of this facility. Thank You. I believe that this facility has very much earned high ratings, and will continue to exemplify it with all attempts to progress one from their current position, to either or both a wanted, or unknowingly potentially gainable situation.

We have been going to Speakeasy for almost 3 months and I couldn't be happier with my son's progress! We work with physical, occupational and speech therapists and all 3 of them are amazing. The therapists collaborate with each other, they use this information to help move him on to his next goals, and it truly feels like he has his own specialized team working towards his success in all areas. The office manager has been fabulous at helping to coordinate and schedule all of his appointments, likewise if we have to cancel or reschedule, she does all she can to help. I am especially happy with the extra sanitary measures the company has implemented to deal with covid. I truly feel as though each of his therapists are extra careful in sanitizing the room, toys and equipment they use for him, as well as their own PPE, and the owner recently installed an air purification system. Great place, I am so happy with my decision to choose them for my son's therapy needs.
My daughter started speech therapy about 5 month ago because some swallowing problems. This was my first time dealing with any kind of therapy for my kids and I was very concerned if you could say of all the unknowns. That's when we met Emily at the centennial office, and all my concerns and doubts went away...She is absolutely amazing. She was able to identify her problem right away and set a treatment plan right there. Within 2 month my daughter was eating again. She took the time to get to know her and was able to identify other problems she had with actual Speech and OT. So, she continued to see Emily and suggested to start OT with Olivia (another angel sent from heaven) at spring valley. These two girls are absolutely wonderful at what they do. I have noticed a lot of progress on my daughter since she started to work with both of them. She loves going to see them. The communication between them and our family is excellent and they go above and beyond to try to help you with anything, they truly care. Overall, I had nothing but amazing things I could say from all the staff at these two locations. They are always willing to help you and work with you. All the therapist are wonderful and know my daughter. You can tell they are great with kids just from watching them welcoming the kids (not just mine) and how happy they all go with them. I think this alone says a lot. So, I would recommend Speakeasy to anyone in a heartbeat.!!!!!
I'm Sooo thankfull if found this speech therapy! The one before was a disaster and the people staff is so caring and feels like family. Even when they knew my daughter would show little improvement till her enect surgery which was a few years away they still worked with her. I loved that when we would hit a wall with moving forward their therapist where thinking of Aliyah and how they could help her! You won't be disappointed with this place!
Love Speakeasy! The centers are clean and organized, the owner is amazing, and they are flexible to your family schedule. I can cancel via text if a sickness or something comes up and rescheduling is easy. It is also refreshing to have REAL therapy! We've done the rounds in Las Vegas of therapy centers and it's just a joke. Having lived many other places, we were shocked at the poor quality of care here. Then Speak Easy opened, thank goodness. The owner truly cares and is personally involved in the hiring of therapists (and firing as well when they aren't meeting the children's needs). I wouldn't take my child anywhere else in Las Vegas.
I took my son to see Kelley Carter when he was 3 weeks old. He had torticollis, a c-shaped spine, an under developed nervous system, couldn't turn or extend his neck, a shallow palate, out of control fight-or-flight response, and such bad gas he had a rock-hard tummy and a herniated belly button. He was miserable
.
My pediatrician (who is actually great) told me to wait it out. I'm so glad I didn't. I heard about Speakeasy from my lactation consultant, who knew it would be a long road of misery for my baby if we weren't proactive.
I 100% attribute his amazing progress and development to Kelley's evaluation, recommendations, and exercises. He is now 4 months old and perfect. He's hitting most of his mobility milestones early! (rolling over, sitting up, etc.) He is like a different baby compared to 3 months ago! He nurses perfectly, sleeps 12 hours at night, and nothing but happiness and smiles.
I can't stress enough how thankful I am that I took him in as early as I did. Kelly is fantastic with infants, and the younger they are - the more she can do for them. And the faster the results!
I just took him to his pediatrician for his 4-month wellness exam, and his doctor said he was so surprised how "ahead of the curve" he was in such a short time, given how many problems were present at 1 month old. Thank you so much Kelley!
Kelley was amazing!!! She worked so well with my son Ethan!!!
Our son has been going to speech and occupational therapy for 1 year and his growth has been great! He is improving with every session and we attribute that to his hard-working therapist Luana and Katie! Thank you for all you do!
Absolutely love Speak Easy! Everyone here is so warm and welcoming. Always have smiles on their faces. My son loves Justine. He's shown so much improvement and I'm so happy that we come here.
This place is the "REAL DEAL"! Our son has been attending this program for about a year now & we are "EXTREMELY" pleased with the progress that has been made in his communication skills From his occupational therapist (Rachel) to his speech therapist (Samantha) & Alternate (Justine) They have gone the extra mile for our baby & I just want to say thank you all
Also a special shout out to (John), (Crystal) & the rest of the administration for staying consistent.
I just can't say enough good things about Skyler! My child has seen many other therapists over the years as well, but Skyler is so full of practical, actionable steps that really work. She has such a vast range of experiences and can relate so well to many different people. She is genuinely a great person who truly cares about the wellbeing of her clients.
Just want to thank Ms. Emily. She always brings out the best of my boy Roy; he sometimes can't find the words to express himself, but Ms. Emily is always there to help him. I am thankful for you today. My boy Roy and I, thank you, and look forward to continue this long path. I look forward to the day he is able to put all of his thoughts in words.
Been with speakeasy for a year and half for my sons speech delay, the company has been great. We love our speech therapist Emily who not only helps our son with communicating but gives me information and advice to continue methods at home!
My son absolutely loves going to Speakeasy, he gets so excited when I ask him if he is ready to go!
We have been seeing Emily for speech for almost 2 years now and she has helped us with him communicating with us so that he can tell us what he needs. The staff is so nice and they know the names of every kid that walks in the door, they really make you feel welcome. The new facility is amazing and beautifully decorated for the holiday season.
Emily G is the best therapist, very helpful. She is very attentive and always puts the patient first.
The staff at Speakeasy therapy are very kind and helpful. My daughter's love their therapist Emily, they have been seeing her for a year and a half now she makes them feel very comfortable. They enjoy their time with her because she talks with them more like a friend then a stranger while encouraging them to strive for their best! Emily uses unique ways of teaching; she takes our concerns into consideration and helps make them better. She is also very flexible with scheduling. We are so lucky to have her as my daughter's therapist, I truly and highly recommend her 🙂
They have an awesome staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. You guys Rock!
Hello my name Rudy Guevara on 2019 I had surgery for Cerebral Aneurysm and Heart Attack and I'm a patient in Speakeasy for a little over a year I'm working hard with my three therapies Specially "Speech" with Emely Garcia I'm getting better every day. In Physical Therapy with Melissa, Angela since I'm working with these ladies, I'm walking more and better. On Occupational Therapy with Teale I'm working hard to move my right arm. I'm not ask for more my therapists are the best. Not to say we have on the front Desk the best ladies too Shadae, Marisol & Mrs. Pennie. We love you and we thank you for everything
Oh, my goodness!! My son has had speech services since he was three. And in the few months that Miss Emily has helped his there was a drastic improvement. We've been there just over a year and his speech has improved so much! She's a blessing and has even helped us get him some OT. Truly a wonderful woman and my son just adores her. This practice is so friendly and the staff is so helpful. Shadae has just been amazing at helping me get my insurance straightened out. I can't love this place enough.
Speakeasy Therapy is amazing! They are following all covid safety protocols making it possible for kids to still receive therapy in a safe environment. The front office staff are sweet and friendly making checking in and out a breeze. The therapist are the best of the best in Las Vegas. They are knowledgeable and make therapy fun! My kids look forward to attending their sessions each week!
Love all the therapists and staff. They are also all Super friendly. New office bigger building and the front office decorated for the holidays to make it festive for the kids.
I have two children that go to Speakeasy. They love it, and get excited to go. When we started my son could barely speak and within 6 months or so he's putting 3 word sentences together. Friendly, easy going atmosphere.
I love taking my child to SpeakEasy! Everyone else we have seen or thought about seeing doesn't even compare to the experience at SpeakEasy. My child's vocabulary has exploded in the past few months, he's a completely different child and is so much happier with his newfound freedom that comes with his improved communication skills! I highly recommend it!
When we began with Speakeasy my son who is on the Autism Spectrum was just beginning to speak in one to two word phrases. It did not take long before we were seeing significant progress with him. Speakeasy did an excellent job of reading my son's non verbal communication. They moved with him as he was ready and it never felt forced like some of the therapy can present for the Autism Spectrum. They seemed to know when it was best to push and when it was better to give him the space he needed. They stayed respectful of my sons needs and always had a professional demeanor. My family and I really came to hold Speakeasy in high regard. They became not only a support system to my son but to myself. Speakeasy went above and beyond her tasks for speech therapy and for that I am so grateful.
My son has improved so much since he started speech therapy at Speakeasy. The office is clean, professional and perfect for any kid. They have a large variety of toy's to get my son interested, focused and enjoy therapy. I definitely recommend this place.
With the help of Speakeasy Therapy my son has gone from 60% of me understanding him to 80% in about 8 months. Even at 60% there was a lot of daily guesswork and constant frustration for my son who started to slap or stomp when we misunderstood. For friends and family communication with him was even less. Everyone has noticed and commented on the difference with his speech. His interactions with other children have changed too now that other kids can understand him. All of these changes are due to visiting Speakeasy twice a week and their targeted therapy that focused on his language weaknesses, using age appropriate techniques in a fun atmosphere. Speakeasy Therapy has widen the doors of communication with my son. Thank you.
We were very happy with our time at Speakeasy. Each session was personalized to her needs, professional, and also fun for my young daughter! I would highly recommend it!
My son's speech impediment was affecting his school work and his confidence with friends. The therapists at Speakeasy are well-trained to work with all speech problems. They were calm, positive, and caring about my son's wellbeing. We had such a great experience! We would recommend Speakeasy to any of our friends!
We have been going to SpeakEasy for the past year. My three year old son sees Natalie for speech and Nick for occupational therapy, they are both great with my son. He looks forward to his weekly visits. Besides the therapist being great, the staff is really kind and friendly and I have never had a problem getting an appointment or cancelling one. They are very accommodating. I would really reccomend SpeakEasy
